The EAL Teacher (Elementary) plays a central role in supporting multilingual learners to develop English proficiency and achieve academic success across the curriculum. While the scope of the position for AY2026 remains consistent with the current role, it operates within the evolving Integrated Services Department (including EAL, Learning Support, and Counseling), requiring a flexible, growth-oriented mindset focused on collaboration, co-planning, and adaptive service delivery.
This position contributes to a schoolwide vision of tiered, student-centered support, where EAL specialists partner with teachers, leaders, and the wider Integrated Services team to enhance equitable learning for all students.
