Qualifications

• Degree holders (Bachelor’s and above) required.
• Well-versed with the Singapore MOE syllabus and its assessment requirements.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Zoom and digital learning portals.
• Experienced educators with 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Willing to travel between branches when necessary.
• Singapore Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver up to 10 to 12 high-quality classes per week, aligned with Learning Point’s pedagogical framework and house style.
• Create an engaging and stimulating classroom environment using curated teaching materials.
• Mark and return student work with value-added, constructive feedback by the next lesson.
• Perform required administrative responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking students’ files).
• Proactively arrange catch-up sessions for students who miss lessons when make-up classes are unavailable.
• Monitor each student’s progress consistently, as every student matters.
• Build trust and rapport with parents through regular updates, suggestions, and meaningful feedback.
• Work closely with Customer Service to deliver an exceptional learning experience and minimise class withdrawals.
• Attend meetings, curriculum sharing sessions, and staff training to stay updated with evolving expectations.
• Participate in lesson observations and co-teaching sessions for professional growth.
