Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking candidates to assist teachers in preparing materials and ensuring classroom management for smooth operations in school activities. This role requires at least 'N' levels qualification and involves various responsibilities to support the educational environment in Hougang, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing materials and equipment needed by teachers.
• Assist in distribution and collection of worksheets and notes.
• Manage classroom activities like group work.
• Responsible for setup, cleanup, and maintenance of the class.
• Assist in department stock taking.
• Ensure students’ safety in the class.
• Support in running school activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by school personnel.

Job description

Contract Period : 2 Jan 2026 – 20 Nov 2026 (Excluded June Holiday)

Salary : $2200 per month

Working hour : 7.00 am to 4.00pm with half hour lunch break

Location : Hougang

• Assist in preparing materials and equipment needed by teachers for all curricular and co-curricular activities.
• Assist teachers in distribution and collection of worksheets and notes, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth running of activity
• Assist in classroom management (e.g group work activities)
• Responsible for the setup, clean up and general maintenance of the class
• Assist in department stock taking
• Assist teachers in ensuring students’ safety in the class
• Assist and support in the running of school activities involving pupils.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Principal/ Vice-Principal/ Key Personnel
