Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd invites applications for a Teacher Aide - Science at the Great World primary school site in Singapore. The position supports science teaching, material prep and resource management, and assists with general office duties.

Candidates should have at least 3 O-Level passes including English, good communication and teamwork, and preferably 1 year of school administration experience. Proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 GCE 'O' Level passes, including English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in school general administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Science teaching materials, experiment kits and equipment.
• Set up and clear away materials for lessons, experiments, enrichment programmes and school events.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and safety of Science resource and preparation rooms.
• Conduct inventory checks, monitor stock levels and replenish Science equipment and consumables.
• Report faulty equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Provide administrative support to teachers, including preparing lesson materials, managing student records and handling equipment loans and returns.
• Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, laminating and maintaining records.
• Support Science programmes, school events and General Office operations, including counter and sick bay duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $2,400/month

Contract Duration: 1 year, with option to extend for another year

Contract Period: January 2027 - December 2027

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, inclusive of 1-hour lunch break

Working Days: Monday-Friday

No Service: Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
