Job summary

An educational support services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to provide event coordination and administrative support. The role involves planning and executing school events, assisting in procurement, and ensuring smooth operations within the school environment. Candidates should have a minimum of GCE ‘O’ Level, at least 2 years of administrative experience, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications. The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Preferably with 2 years of experience in event management.
  • Preferably possess valid First Aid certification with CPR & AED.

Responsibilities

  • Support school to plan and execute events including camps and celebrations.
  • Assist in procurement and vendor coordination.

Job description
Contract Period
  • 16 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 (23.5 months)
Deployment
  • Mon to Fri: 7.30 am to 4.30 pm (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break)
  • Service not required on Sat, Sun and Gazetted PH's.
Scope of Service
Event Coordination
  1. Support school to plan, organise, and execute school events including camps, celebrations, learning journeys, and enrichment programmes
  2. Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation
  3. Coordinate arrangements for transport, food, prizes, decorations, equipment etc
  4. Develop and prepare event resources, materials and schedules
  5. Collaborate closely with administrative and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Teaching and Learning Support
  1. Assist teachers in developing and preparing learning materials, classroom displays, and interactive teaching aids
Administrative and Other Duties
  1. Provide administrative support to school across various school functions
  2. Maintain accurate records, inventories, and resources for classrooms and events
  3. Undertake other duties as assigned by school to support overall school operations
Requirements
  1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with Pass in English
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in administration
  3. Preferably with 2 years of experience in event management
  4. Preferably with experience working in an education institution
  5. Preferably possess valid First Aid certification with CPR & AED
  6. Proficient in English (written and oral)
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic digital tools (eg. google sheets)
  8. Good organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  9. Able to work independently and in a team environment
  10. Resourceful, initiative and able to multitask in a dynamic school environment
