Job Summary:

The Tea Lady is responsible for providing a welcoming and professional front-desk experience while ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the office. This role supports day-to-day operations by managing reception duties, assisting visitors, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Administrative Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; handle basic inquiries.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support simple administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and supplies replenishment.

Facilities & Cleaning Duties

  • Perform routine cleaning for all three Singapore offices – vacuuming, washing of dishes, maintaining office plants, and wiping and sanitizing surface areas including tables, countertops, glass doors, common touchpoints.
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the office at the start and end of each day.
  • Assist with basic setup for events or internal activities when required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in reception, housekeeping, or facilities support is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Physically able to perform cleaning duties and light lifting.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Basic proficiency with email, calendars, and office software.
