A consulting services firm in Singapore seeks a TCOE Test Manager to lead UAT and SIT activities, ensuring end-to-end business process validation and effective defect management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software testing and proven expertise in managing UAT and SIT for large-scale systems. This role necessitates strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and comprehensive test governance. The TCOE Test Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and governing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. This role ensures end-to-end business process validation, effective defect management, and clear stakeholder communication to support successful system releases and go-live readiness.
Define UAT strategy, scope, timelines, and testing approach
Prepare and maintain UAT test plans, schedules, and entry/exit criteria
Coordinate UAT execution with business users and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Ensure validation of end-to-end business processes and user scenarios
Manage UAT environments and test data readiness
Track UAT defects, lead triage sessions, and ensure timely resolution
Support UAT sign-off and handover to release or go-live teams
Act as the primary point of contact for SIT governance and status
Provide daily and weekly SIT/UAT status reports and test metrics
Track test progress, risks, dependencies, and issues
Coordinate closely with development, business, UAT, and release teams
Support SIT sign-off and transition to UAT or subsequent test phases
Manage communication with business stakeholders and project teams
Escalate risks, blockers, and critical defects appropriately
Ensure alignment across testing phases and delivery milestones
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or test management roles
Proven experience managing SIT and UAT for enterprise or large‑scale systems
Strong understanding of test governance, defect management, and release readiness
Test strategy and planning (SIT & UAT)
Stakeholder coordination and governance
Defect tracking and triage management
Test reporting and metrics
Strong communication and documentation skills
