Job summary

NATURAL HEALING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a registered TCM physician to provide traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment to customers at Orchard / Raffles Place.

You will develop personalized treatment plans that may include herbal prescriptions, acupuncture, cupping, spinal alignment, massage, and bone setting while ensuring patient safety and privacy. You will maintain accurate medical records, assist in inventory and orders, and comply with laws and medical ethics.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered TCM physician in Singapore with valid registration.
• Familiar with TCM classical theories and traditional therapies.
• Excellent communication skills and service mindset to build customer relationships.
• Demonstrate teamwork and effective collaboration with others.
• Exhibit responsibility and protect customer privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong learning ability to update knowledge with industry developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide TCM diagnosis and treatment to customers using pulse and tongue diagnosis.
• Develop personalized TCM treatment plans including herbal prescriptions, acupuncture, cupping, spinal alignment, massage and bone setting.
• Ensure correct types and quantities of herbal medicine are prescribed and administered.
• Offer TCM health consultations and address questions on health preservation and disease prevention.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans for optimal effectiveness.
• Maintain and manage accurate and confidential medical records.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as inventory management and medication ordering.
• Comply with laws, regulations and medical ethics guidelines to ensure quality and safety of services.
• Participate in company events and projects such as roadshows, talks, and charity programs.
