Job summary

A healthcare organization in Singapore is looking for a TCM practitioner to develop specialty areas and provide treatment plans, including acupuncture. Candidates must be TCMPB registered and possess at least a recognized TCM Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years of experience. Bilingual candidates in English and Mandarin are preferred for patient communication. Compliant with Ministry of Health requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• Developing and implementing strategies and programs for TCM growth.

• Addressing client inquiries on TCM.
• Ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.

Job description

Your key responsibilities will include

• Developing and implementing strategies and programs for the growth of TCM specialty areas
• Performing acupuncture as part of customized treatment plans when necessary
• Prescribing Chinese Medicine as part of comprehensive treatment plans
• Addressing client inquiries related to treatments and other TCM-related questions
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of treatment services in electronic medical records
• Conducting thorough TCM clinical assessments and creating tailored treatment plans
• Adhering to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and all Ministry of Health (MOH) regulatory requirements

Job requirements

• Must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) in Singapore
• Possess at least a recognized TCM Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
• A TCM Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) is advantageous
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate with patients
• Proficient in digital platforms for documentation
