Job summary

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional and regulated TCM consultation, diagnosis, and treatment services.
  • Attend to patients’ inquiries about treatment and other TCM-related queries.
  • Develop personalized TCM treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with service consultants and therapists to provide comprehensive treatment for patients.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote public awareness of TCM services.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff.
  • Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and comply with MOH and TCMPB regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or any equivalent qualification.
  • Registered TCM Practitioner with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) of Singapore.
  • Prior relevant clinic experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
