Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified TCM practitioner to provide professional consultations and treatments to patients islandwide in Singapore.

You will manage enquiries, document services and medicines in our TCM database, and participate in health talks and workshops. The role requires a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in TCM with a valid Singapore TCM Practitioners Board certification, good IT basics, and a collaborative, learning-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in TCM
• Must hold valid certification with the Singapore TCM Practitioners Board
• Basic IT knowledge or familiarity with IT systems
• Friendly personality and ability to work well with colleagues
• Willingness to learn new things
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide professional TCM consultation and treatments to patients
• Attend to patients’ enquiries about treatments and other TCM-related queries
• Ensure proper documentation of treatment services and medicines assigned to patients in the TCM database
• Attend TCM health talks and workshops
• Adhere to the TCM Physician’s Code of Conduct and MOH’s regulatory requirements
