Job summary

GONGFANGTANG PTE. LTD. is expanding its TCM healthcare team and seeks a patient-oriented assistant to support physicians during consultations, treatments and in preparing rooms and supplies.

You will maintain records, monitor inventory, ensure hygiene, and assist with acupuncture, cupping and rehabilitation procedures while developing TCM knowledge and language skills in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Healthcare background is an advantage.
• Willing to learn TCM knowledge and clinical procedures.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Responsible, caring and patient-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during consultations and treatments
• Prepare treatment rooms and medical equipment
• Prepare herbal medicine and medical supplies
• Assist during acupuncture, cupping and rehabilitation treatments
• Maintain patient medical records
• Monitor medical inventory and supplies
• Ensure clinic hygiene and infection control standards
