Patient Management
  • Greet and register patients upon arrival
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Provide information about services, procedures, and pricing
  • Assist with patient inquiries and direct them to appropriate physicians
Clinic Maintenance
  • Manage inventory of TCM products
  • Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment, ensuring that all tools and equipment are sanitized and ready for use
Treatment Support
  • Assist TCM Physicians with various procedures
  • Ensure that all clinical supplies are stocked and prepared for treatments
  • Support physicians during therapies
  • Monitor patient progress and note changes to inform physicians
Requirements
  • GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in a TCM clinic or healthcare setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Able to work shift duties including weekends and public holidays
