How will you value-add?

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team, within Workforce Practice, supporting managers and senior managers in delivering solutions to our clients, in the areas of workforce management, covering employment and equity taxes.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :
  • Providing comprehensive and technically excellent Singapore and international personal tax advisory together with our corporate tax team services involving structuring, investments, M&A, family office set ups and other advisory work to a variety of Singapore / globally clients across a diverse range of industries
  • Working with the team in building people and organisation solutions for our clients, with the lens of Tax, identifying tax optimisation opportunities (from strategy through implementation)
  • Supporting our clients in individual tax or payroll related tax compliance, including any other consideration into and out of Singapore.
  • Fostering strong relationships with our clients and taking a proactive role in ensuring that our clients are up to date with the market changes and trends
  • Learning and applying and delivering Digital Solutions including the use of Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics
About you
  • Degree holders with 2 – 4 years’ relevant working experience
  • Strong technical knowledge on workforce management, covering employment and equity taxes in Singapore
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and a keen learner
  • Possess good written and spoken English
  • Good project management skills and demonstrate the ability to follow through and complete tasks on tight deadlines, including the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities
