Responsibilities

• As a Temporary Staff, you play a crucial role in promoting tax compliance and fostering a community of responsible taxpayers
• Interact with taxpayers through phone calls to fulfill their payment and filing obligation for Corporate Income Tax and GST.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least 'A' level/Diploma qualification
• Must be service-oriented and assist citizens in fulfilling their tax responsibilities.
• Able to handle taxpayers confidently and professionally
• Prior experience in customer service, along with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
