Job summary

BDO TAX ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our team delivering tax compliance and advisory services to corporate and individual clients.

You will oversee engagements, manage staff, coordinate work plans, schedules and budgets, and serve as the main liaison between clients and tax authorities. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of CPA firm experience, ISCA-rec recognised accounting degree, and strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• ISCA recognised accounting degree required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in CPA firms.
• Up-to-date with global tax standards.
• Ability to lead and manage teams.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

The successful candidate will work in a team providing tax compliance and advisory services to a mixed portfolio of corporate and individual clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax compliance, assessment and advisory services
• Oversee the entire engagements which includes but not limited to work plan, scheduling, budgeting, staff management, etc
• Be the point of contact between tax authorities and clients in answering and resolving issues
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
• Train, coach, and supervise staff
• Be actively involved to help identify and research on tax issues
