Google's in-house tax team is seeking a Tax Analyst to support the APAC region with end-to-end tax optimization, research, and cross-functional projects. Minimum qualifications:Google's in-house tax team knows all things corporate tax. Made up of smart, perceptive Googlers with a flair for domestic and international taxes, the knowledge and expertise of this team runs deep. You have years of experience in this field and an extensive knowledge of those tax issues most relevant to internet companies. From developing forward-thinking analysis to generating management reports to scaling our automated financial processes, the Finance organization is an important partner and advisor to the business.
As a Tax Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing end-to-end support to the senior member of the APAC Tax team. In your daily work, you will be responsible to support tax optimization, controversy, research, and cross-functional projects for the APAC countries. You will collaborate closely with tax experts, finance leaders, and various business units and will help resolve complex tax positions, support audit requests, and ensure the timely and accurate resolution of tax audits. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing efficiency and establishing policies that minimize the company's tax exposure.
