In this role, you will be the go‑to expert – overseeing voyage performance, resolving disputes, liaising closely with Owners, Charterers, and brokers, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. You will also play a key role in streamlining workflows and supporting chartering matters such as clause negotiations and vessel clearance. Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of voyages in compliance with commercial agreements.
• Liaise with vessel owners, charterers, port agents, and brokers to align operational planning with contractual obligations.
• Monitor vessel movements, routing, bunkering, and cargo readiness.
• Respond proactively to operational issues, delays, or disputes, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Maintain comprehensive voyage documentation and contribute to claims, demurrage, and post‑fixture processes.
• Assist in reporting key voyage performance metrics and financial reconciliations.

Requirements :
