Job summary

LYNX MEDIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Talent Manager / Scout to identify and sign gifted live streamers for our roster and to guide their growth from onboarding to campaigns.

The role involves coordinating schedules, brand collaborations, and maintaining strong relationships to help talents flourish, with training provided if you lack current connections.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and networking skills.
• An eye for spotting potential in new talent.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Existing connections in the live streaming space are a plus, but not required - we provide full training.
