This role involves attracting talents through various channels, providing training on streaming skills, and monitoring performance to ensure continuous improvement. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, along with experience in the live streaming industry and a strong network of influencers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the live streaming or entertainment industry.
• Familiar with both local and international live streaming ecosystems.
• Possess existing KOL, MCN, or influencer network resources.

• Identify and recruit suitable live streamers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit suitable live streamers, including newcomers, influencers, and potential talents.
• Attract potential streamers through various channels such as social media, recruitment platforms, and offline events.
• Provide training and guidance on live streaming skills, content direction, audience interaction, and personal branding.
• Educate streamers on platform rules, content compliance, and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze streamers’ performance data, income, and follower growth to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the live streaming or entertainment industry (e.g., TikTok, Bigo Live, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, etc.).
• Familiar with both local and international live streaming ecosystems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and emotional management skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (knowledge of additional dialects or languages is an advantage) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess existing KOL, MCN, or influencer network resources will be a strong plus.
