YOUR ROLE
Reporting to Talent Management Head APAC, this position is responsible for driving talent agendas to develop and retain talented and high-potential employees by driving talent development operation, process, and strategy for CEVA APAC.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Learning
- Work with Talent Management Head APAC to drive L&D initiatives across the region, managing and executing the L&D strategy for CEVA APAC in line with regional and global priorities.
- Bringing out the latest and best in class L&D strategies that will help us improve business and better service our clients.
- Analyzing, assessing and overseeing an agile and business-focused L&D framework that will stand the test of time.
- Attention to all L&D processes, ensure online learning management system continues to build the capabilities of the employees and delivers to stakeholder expectations.
- Work with TM Head to manage vendor, budget governance, and delivery to ensure high efficiency and quality of L&D function. Lead a quarterly review tracking and measuring the impact of the programs.
- Evaluate team and organizational development needs and implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training programs
Organization Development
- Work with TM Head on organizational development, create Organization structure and define the KPIs for departments/roles, design and implement the policy and process
- Identify the skills gaps to develop and retain the talent
- Lead the yearly process of Employee Engagement Survey
- Create regional employee inclusion programs Culture and Diversity building Reports & Dashboard Periodic dashboard department and companywide Reports and Data analysis
- Working alongside the TM Head APAC to build and implement organisational capability, culture, leadership and management development, wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement initiatives and long-term strategies that are in line with business strategy.
Ad-hoc projects/programs related to talent management
- Perform talent management duties/tasks assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 5 years in talent management roles within a multinational company
- In depth experience of Talent management practices. Certifications in Talent Management /OD will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills: able to build relationships and establish trust, respect, competence, and confidence effectively and quickly
- Exposure to Freight forwarding, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or allied sectors is an added essential
- Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
- Design and implanted programs using a variety of delivery methods (e.g. coaching, classroom, self-directed etc.)
- Experience in learning analyses (e.g. Training Needs analysis, skills analysis, task analysis).
- Extensive experience in career and competency management external and internal
- Developed external and internal networks across business groups and regions.
