Job summary

A dynamic human resource consultancy based in Singapore seeks an experienced Talent Manager to lead the development of leadership programs and manage talent pipelines. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in Talent Management. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential. This role is critical in promoting career mobility and aligning HR policies with business needs.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with leadership to identify talents, high-potential employees, and successors, enhancing leadership pipelines to address future organisational needs.

Design, develop, and implement innovative strategies and curricula for Leadership Development programs that nurture effective, high-performing leaders and leadership teams.

Promote talent empowerment through tailored development programs and facilitate career mobility in partnership with HR and business stakeholders.

Evaluate the success of leadership development initiatives utilising 360-degree feedback and other assessment tools to gauge individual and organisational impact.

Review and refine HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with market trends and organisational requirements.

Work alongside business leaders to address people-related issues across international offices, including employee development, performance management, and employee relations.

Act as the primary HR contact for employees, providing timely, accurate guidance on HR policies, procedures, and general HR topics.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to foster collaborative relationships at all organisational levels.
