Responsibilities

• Schedule complex candidate interviews across time zones, including in-person, video, and panel presentations.
• Draft and send offer letters and new hire documents with 100% accuracy.
• Audit and complete hiring processes and candidate data.
• Support background checks and compliance, resolving issues and references.
• Assist managers and new hires with pre‑hire onboarding for a positive experience.
• Process referral bonus payments and related queries.
• Respond to queries from candidates, hiring managers and talent partners.
