Job Description Management

Create, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions.

Work with department heads to review role responsibilities and expectations.

Support ensuring job descriptions are aligned with organizational structure and compliance requirements.

Maintain a centralized database of all approved job descriptions for easy access and reference.

Ensure adherence to HR policies.

Assist in updating HR related SOPs, templates, and documentation.

Onboarding & Induction

Plan and execute onboarding process for new hires.

Coordinate with IT and Admin on the set up for new hires.

Others

Provide operational support to HR C&B functions when required.

Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources or related field.

1-3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, coordination and presentation skills.
