A leading recruitment company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment processes. Responsibilities include screening candidates, engaging with potential hires, and coordinating recruitment events. Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resource Function in education industry is advantageous.

Salary: Up to $7500

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
  • Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
  • Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment
  • A good understanding of Singapore's talent market and have prior experience in conducting proactive searches for potential candidates through market-mapping & databases etc
  • Candidates with prior experience in Human Resource Function in education industry will have an added advantage
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills and possess the ability to engage candidates of all levels of seniority
  • Experience in profiles handling, doing outbound sourcing, exposure to employer branding initiatives and TA projects is a plus
