Qualifications

- Experience in Human Resource Function in education industry is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:
- Screen and shortlist resumes submitted via various career portals, conduct phone screening and surface potential candidates who meet the job requirements to hiring managers
- Pro-actively source and reach out to potential candidates to engage them on career opportunities
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events such as recruitment fairs/ career talks to maintain a strong employer brand presence
- Identify opportunities and drive improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment workflows and processes
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in HR function, preferably in organisations with high volume of recruitment
- A good understanding of Singapore's talent market and have prior experience in conducting proactive searches for potential candidates through market-mapping & databases etc
- Candidates with prior experience in Human Resource Function in education industry will have an added advantage
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and influencing skills and possess the ability to engage candidates of all levels of seniority
- Experience in profiles handling, doing outbound sourcing, exposure to employer branding initiatives and TA projects is a plus
