Role Overview

You will act as a hands-on Senior Technical Recruiter and Talent Partner for several technical business units worldwide. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, leadership in hiring projects, managing hiring data and priorities, and building strong partnerships with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating, negotiating offers.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted Talent Partner by consulting, advising, and coaching hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain recruiting databases and HR assets efficiently and timely.
  • Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline via networking, university relations, job fairs, and ongoing candidate engagement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in top-tier tech or Web3 companies.
  • Proven success in filling senior-level technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and passion for the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships.
