About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced in‑house recruiter to support hiring across a range of technical and corporate functions in a fast‑moving fintech, Web3, and blockchain environment. The role works closely with hiring managers, supports recruitment across multiple regions, and leverages a variety of sourcing platforms to engage talent globally.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for positions across technical and corporate functions.
  • Source and attract candidates through a variety of recruitment channels, including online job platforms, professional networks, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct screening and interviews, assessing candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Talent Sourcing and Market Intelligence

  • Identify and engage passive talent across various regions.
  • Conduct market research and mapping to stay updated on hiring trends and talent availability within fintech, Web3, and blockchain sectors.
  • Monitor salary benchmarks and shifts in global and regional recruitment landscapes.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective recruitment plans.
  • Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and market insights.
  • Support employer branding activities across relevant job platforms and social channels.

Process & Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience from initial contact to offer.
  • Maintain accurate workflows and data in the ATS and internal systems.
  • Suggest improvements to sourcing strategies, interview processes, and recruitment workflows.
