Job summary

Job responsibilities
  • Responsible for recruitment activities for stakeholders in Vietnam, who are Native Vietnamese speakers.
  • Build and maintain good relationships, and have a keen sense of negotiation with all including candidates, hiring managers and business partners based in Singapore and Vietnam.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with Singapore and Vietnam teams, staffing community and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.
  • Excellent understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behaviour based interviewing and closing.
  • Initiate and maintain excellent working relations as one team.
  • Effective communication approaches that include: proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness.
  • Maintain flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business environment.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in end to end talent acquisition.
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
  • Able to read and write in Vietnamese (min. C1 for Vietnamese Language Proficiency Test (VLPT) or equivalent) to liaise with customers based in Vietnam and in their Native Language via calls and emails to fulfill recruitment activities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in participated in HR programs, projects or initiatives is a plus.
