Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding transitions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define job specifications and desired candidate profiles.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the local employment laws and recruitment compliance standards, including regulations related to the local labor market.
  • Prior exposure to recruitment marketing, talent intelligence tools, or employer branding initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
