A leading technology company in Singapore is searching for a Recruitment Specialist to manage the candidate experience and facilitate hiring processes. This role requires at least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, and proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with stakeholders. Candidates must be proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in Microsoft Office.
Searching and selecting candidates in the most effective way including using LinkedIn, job board platforms, networks and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
Manage on boarding and new hire process.
Manage overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Take ownership for the internship placement.
Develop talent mapping pool for all placement.
Assist on new hire training and development programme, monthly review and tracking.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration Management or equivalent;
At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; especially in proficient in Power Point, strong in prepare presentation slide.
Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to ensure effective communication with the Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including head office, business counterparts, and customers based in China.
