Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, assess, and hire top talent for technical and corporate positions. This includes developing sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job specifications.
  • Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and recruitment agencies).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, especially for FPSO and oil & gas project roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews and shortlisting to ensure candidate suitability before submitting to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and selection decisions.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s image as an employer of choice.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and HR systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas or engineering sector.
  • Proven track record in technical and corporate hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with Singapore/Malaysia employment laws (advantageous).
