Location: Pioneer

Duration: 1 year contract

Salary: Up to $6500

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing and Pipeline Management
  • Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks) to identify passive candidates.
  • Focus on building diverse talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, particularly within IT, admin and ops areas.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, interest, and cultural fit with NTU's values and academic environment.
  • Manage and track all candidate activity, data, and market intelligence within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Market Intelligence and Stakeholder Partnership
  • Provide market intelligence on talent supply, compensation trends, and competitor activities within the tertiary education and tech sectors in Singapore and APAC.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring to understand role requirements and priority hiring needs.
Candidate Experience
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a high-touch, professional, and engaging experience for all sourced candidates.
  • Craft and send personalised, compelling outreach messages that articulate the unique value proposition of working at a global university.
Job Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in using modern sourcing tools, including Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various networking platforms.
