Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support hiring for the Singapore and China markets. The role requires at least 2 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in tech and IT functions. Responsibilities include managing sourcing strategies, interview scheduling, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and be ready to engage with diverse stakeholders in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment hiring for Singapore & China market.
  • Preparation of reports and resume writing in Mandarin for presentation to China HQ's stakeholders and line managers
  • Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels;
  • Own interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams;
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process;
  • Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, including talent mapping insights, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners;
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency;
  • Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate company as a great place to work for all candidates.
Requirements:
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees, stakeholders, candidates, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • 2 year of equivalent sourcing experience in a high-volume environment (via search firm or in-house recruiting environment) preferred.
  • Require to use company internal ATS systems.
  • Experienced in hiring Tech & IT functions.
