You will be part of the Certis Recruitment Team responsible for sourcing and recruiting suitable candidates. The role involves account management and constant review of recruitment demand. Presentation of monthly recruitment updates to senior management and keeping track of market trends and changes in order for Certis Recruitment team to stay competitive in the industry

Responsibilities
  • Account Management – Work closely with hiring managers to conduct constant reviews on respective BU (Business Unit)'s recruitment demands on a regular basis.
  • Source, shortlist and interview candidates. Maintain strong recruitment pipelines to meet/exceed monthly targets.
  • Work with partners to drive recruitment through participation in events
  • Document process flow so as to improve knowledge retention and clarity of the recruitment team
  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations to report recruitment trends to senior management
  • Ensuring zero breaches to regulatory compliances relating to recruitment.
  • Suggest an improvement to the existing workflow
  • Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor and managers
Requirements
