Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and select top talent across a range of functions, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, leveraging traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
  • Provide market insights, guide hiring decisions, and ensure alignment with workforce planning objectives as a trusted advisor to the business.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment campaigns and events that enhance the company’s visibility as an employer of choice.
Ideal Profile

The client is seeking a driven and experienced HR professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end talent acquisition. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. You should be confident in managing multiple roles simultaneously, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. Experience working in large organizations will be highly regarded.
