The Global Talent Acquisition team is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring future employees who will drive technology leadership in the semiconductor space. By strategizing to find the best candidates possible, our talent acquisitions team's task is pivotal in steering the company's growth in the right direction.
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our APAC team, based in Singapore. This role involves collaborating with department leaders to deeply understand the requirements of each role, crafting tailored recruitment campaigns, and ultimately driving the acquisition of talent that aligns with strategic direction and values.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive recruiting support throughout the full life cycle for open positions in Singapore with an option of supporting our open positions based on hiring needs.
- Gain exposure to the most advanced talent acquisition solutions, including cutting‑edge industry recruiting practices and AI tools, across a variety of recruitment programs.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding.
- Utilize your understanding of the talent landscape in Singapore and APAC in general to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through various channels, both online and offline, fostering long‑term relationships.
- Work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs and key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Lead the offer process, including negotiation, proposal, and generation of offer letters.
- Organize and execute on‑campus events at target universities along with our University Recruiting Lead in APAC while promoting employer branding.
- Conduct analysis of hiring metrics, perform talent market mapping, and monitor competitor status to deliver actionable insights for business recruitment strategies.
- Engage in regional recruitment programs and work alongside recruiters in APAC and other regions on various recruitment activities.
- Participate in and organize internal activities with the team.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience in Engineering / technical environment, with a preference for candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry or a related high‑tech company.
- Exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- A proven track record in international recruiting, university recruiting, and managing campus events is a plus.
