Responsibilities


  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.


  • Develop and post engaging job ads across various platforms.


  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.


  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and skill alignment.


  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.


  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.



Qualifications


  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.


  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and employment laws.


  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.


  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.


  • Proficient with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS systems, etc.).
