Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining recruitment reports. As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to help us build a high-performing team by identifying and attracting top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and post engaging job ads across various platforms.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural fit and skill alignment.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.
Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of hiring best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Proficient with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS systems, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
