• Assist in the full life‑cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, evaluating, and hiring talent for the company. More for interns and entry level roles.
• Screen job applicants and support the team by shortlisting potential candidates.
• Plan and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage job postings on company's career site and external job platforms.
• Provide support for Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
