Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to employment regulations. In addition, the role will provide administrative and coordination support to the Technical Training department, assisting with training operations, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen and evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes and assessing qualifications against job requirements.
- Coordinate and follow up on the overall interview, selection, and hiring process to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Ensure all recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the Technical Training department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating training schedules, maintaining training records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with PMO-related administrative activities and perform other ad hoc duties as required to support department operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant years of recruitment experience, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build effective and cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with interview techniques, applicant screening methods, and recruitment best practices.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
