What you’ll be doing
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience

  • Collaborate with department heads and operations leaders to understand current and future hiring requirements

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and recurring roles to reduce hiring lead times

  • Track, maintain, and analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements in efficiency and outcomes

  • Regularly review and refine recruitment workflows and processes to enhance operational effectiveness

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree level from recognised institution in Business/ Human Resources or related studies

  • 1 - 3 years of working experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in operational or cross-functional roles

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and data‑driven practices is a plus
