Job Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for job placements.
- Conduct virtual interviews with foreign candidates.
- Liaise with clients regarding the recruitment process, interview outcomes, and commencement details via email and phone.
- Conduct orientation sessions for selected candidates.
- Prepare orientation materials and endorsement documents for foreign workers.
- Attend interviews or meetings at clients’ premises when required.
- Handle delivery of documents or coordinate arrival logistics for workers at clients’ premises.
- Submit and manage work pass applications through the MOM (Ministry of Manpower) online system.
- Coordinate with issuance agents on matters such as security bonds and related processes.
- Maintain and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Design and create job posters for recruitment purposes.
- Assist in preparing or formatting resumes for candidates.
- Manage housing accounts and related matters for workers.
- Perform payroll calculations and generate salary reports.
- Input and manage workers’ personal data in the HR system.
- Respond to enquiries from workers or clients via phone or email.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification required.
- Must obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) prior to joining.
- Preferably with prior experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office and general administrative systems.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings or interviews as needed.
