Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ suitability for job placements.
  • Conduct virtual interviews with foreign candidates.
  • Liaise with clients regarding the recruitment process, interview outcomes, and commencement details via email and phone.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for selected candidates.
  • Prepare orientation materials and endorsement documents for foreign workers.
  • Attend interviews or meetings at clients’ premises when required.
  • Handle delivery of documents or coordinate arrival logistics for workers at clients’ premises.
  • Submit and manage work pass applications through the MOM (Ministry of Manpower) online system.
  • Coordinate with issuance agents on matters such as security bonds and related processes.
  • Maintain and post job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
  • Design and create job posters for recruitment purposes.
  • Assist in preparing or formatting resumes for candidates.
  • Manage housing accounts and related matters for workers.
  • Perform payroll calculations and generate salary reports.
  • Input and manage workers’ personal data in the HR system.
  • Respond to enquiries from workers or clients via phone or email.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma qualification required.
  • Must obtain the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) prior to joining.
  • Preferably with prior experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general administrative systems.
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings or interviews as needed.
