A leading consulting firm in Singapore seeks passionate individuals for recruitment roles. You will manage the full search cycle, meet sales targets, and maintain relationships with clients. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, but candidates with CEI Certificates and recruitment experience are preferred. This role offers a potential annual income of $50,000-$80,000 and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and support overall revenue objectives.
• Manage the full cycle of search and recruitment for both executive and non-executive roles.
• Drive intensive hunting for new accounts while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Lead the job offer process, including negotiation of remuneration and benefits.
• Provide advice to clients on market conditions and employment trends.
• Work closely with clients to develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
