  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels.
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target the right talent pools.
  • Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attract top talent.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Key Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • CEI Certificate is preferred
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding exceptional talent.
