About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our regional hiring activities. This role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to strengthen our sourcing capabilities, maintain recruitment dashboards, and ensure smooth operational delivery across the full recruitment cycle. If you are passionate about connecting great talent with opportunities and enjoy working with data and systems, this role offers strong exposure to end‑to‑end recruitment operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing & Talent Mapping
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases).
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate suitability and interest.
  • Support employer branding and referral program initiatives where needed.
  • Recruitment Operations
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports, tracking key metrics such as funnel progress, time‑to‑fill, and source effectiveness.
  • Support offer and onboarding coordination where required.
  • Analytics & Dashboard Management
  • Maintain live dashboards to track hiring activities, funnel metrics, and TA performance indicators.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to analyze data trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across candidate and requisition data.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a data coordination role (fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are welcome to apply).
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards or BI tools (e.g., Lark, Google Data Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
