Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the FMCG industry. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills are essential. This role does not provide visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Responsible on end-to-end recruitment processes from preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Establishment strong stakeholder relationships with partners, hiring managers and HR business partners
• Talent Mapping and pipeline planning
• Prepare new employee's salary proposal for approval
• Supporting any other ad-hoc TA admin or project work

Requirements

• Candidates with at least 4 year of experience in recruitment.
• Candidates with expereinces working within FMCG industry will have an added advantage
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
