Job summary

Luxoft Singapore is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a small team supporting a sovereign fund. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, develop Tableau dashboards, and perform data analytics to enable data-driven decisions.

You will gather requirements, design dashboards with calculated fields and LODs, use SQL to validate data, and coordinate delivery from requirements through UAT to implementation, working closely with stakeholders and data/tech teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years in BI, analytics or reporting roles.
• Proficient in eliciting requirements and translating them into technical specs.
• Expert Tableau development with calculated fields and LOD expressions.
• Strong data validation, dashboards usability and KPI design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Nice-to-have: Financial services exposure, Tableau Server publishing, Snowflake familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering and analysis, engaging stakeholders to translate business problems into clear specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Independently design and develop Tableau dashboards with interactive visualisations and analytics.
• Translate business questions into metrics, calculations, filters and drill-downs for meaningful insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine dashboard usability and alignment with business expectations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and drivers, supporting users in investigating issues.
• Use SQL to extract, analyse and validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery activities including requirements tracking, UAT and implementation.
