Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Tableau Developer who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing Tableau dashboards, managing Tableau Server infrastructure, and supporting new infrastructure setup initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Tableau development, Python proficiency, and a growth mindset with the ability to explore and adopt new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain existing Tableau dashboards and perform minor enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.
• Support Tableau Server setup, configuration, and installation of add-ons (e.g., Tableau Prep packages and extensions).
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and technical forums to articulate new infrastructure setup proposals and obtain approvals.
• Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure optimal dashboard performance and data quality.
• Develop and automate data preparation or integration workflows using Python where applicable.
• Stay updated with Tableau and analytics best practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset and openness to learning and adopting new tools and technologies.
