Job description

We are partnering with a fast-growing client to hire a hands-on and strategic Talent Acquisition lead. Based in Singapore, this role will lead end-to-end recruitment across ASEAN, manage a local team, and drive employer branding and campus initiatives in line with global and regional HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and intern roles across technical and corporate functions.
  • Supervise the Singapore-based TA team to ensure timely and quality hires.
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.
  • Manage recruitment data, analytics, and reporting.
  • Drive employer branding and campus recruitment efforts, including career fairs, student talks, and events.
  • Execute talent attraction and branding strategies in line with global and regional plans.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment and event coordination.
  • Prior team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
