Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Functional & Technical
  • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure solutions using T24 and Temenos technologies
  • Build and maintain custom solutions using Design Studio, GitLab, JIRA, SQL Developer, AWA, and Temenos Unit Test framework
• Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Project Managers, and Change Engineers
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Supervisory & Architectural Oversight
  • Drive technical design reviews and enforce architectural guidelines
  • Mentor development squads, manage resource allocation and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with platform blueprints, security standards, and estimation frameworks
• Regulatory & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and risk management standards
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate development and delivery risks

Technical Skills

• Must Have:
  • Experience in Banking Products like Temenos T24, FexBee & Servisys.
  • Experience Hands on in Securities, T24 Asset Management, Structured Products and Derivatives
• Desirable :
  • Hands on with Design Studio, Source code repository, Job schedulers, SQL developer
  • Experience with T24 development on Cloud environments
  • Experience in Temenos Unit Test framework

Professional & Personal Attributes

Minimum 6 years of hands-on T24 development experience

Strong functional understanding of Private Banking and Financial modules
