Work you will do

The Deloitte SEA Compensation & Benefits team plays a central role within the HR function. We are responsible for designing, implementing and managing the compensation and benefits programmes to reinforce a pay‑for‑performance culture that helps Deloitte attract, motivate and retain employees while ensuring fairness, competitiveness and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end mid‑year and annual compensation review cycles whilst ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Keep abreast with emerging industry trends and best practices on compensation and benefits. Ensure that compensation and benefits practices are compliant with current laws and regulations.
  • Participate in market surveys and support the Compensation and Benefits team with market benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Evaluate and administer the compensation and benefits structure, programmes and policies (e.g., salary bands, sales incentive plans, benefits plans and insurance policies).
  • Provide compensation & benefits consultation and support to HR business partners, key stakeholders and employees, including compensation recommendations for salary proposals, promotions and internal transfers.
  • Prepare and analyse regular and ad‑hoc compensation and benefits‑related reports to provide insights to stakeholders for their planning and decision making. Ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in compensation and benefits process and administration.
  • Participate in HR projects related to compensation and benefits as needed.
  • Perform job mapping exercise and compensation analysis in the event of merger and acquisition.

Requirements
  • Recognised degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a SEA C&B role and an interest in learning and growing in the SEA C&B profession.
  • Prior relevant compensation and benefits experience and knowledge of HR systems is an added advantage.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical capability.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS Excel; experience in VBA is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills with good interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong team player with initiative, good project‑management and presentation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
